30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint medial compartment osteoarthritis; 2. Age: female 120 degree Flexion deformity of knee joint 5 degree Medial proximal tibial angle < 85 degree Femoral varus angle < 5 degree; 5. Body mass index (BMI) < 32; 6. X-ray examination confirmed that the Kellgren Lawrence grade of knee osteoarthritis was more than or equal to grade III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The knee joint has other inflammatory pain diseases, such as wind dampness / rheumatoid diseases; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor, liver disease or diabetes mellitus; 3. The skin around the knee joint was seriously damaged; 4. The lateral compartment of knee joint was narrow and painful; 5. Severe deformity of knee joint and its surroundings; 6. There were a lot of free bodies in the knee joint; 7. Ligament injury of knee joint; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Patients with hematological diseases, thrombocytopenia and anemia; 10. Patients taking hormone drugs in the past 2 weeks.
