Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include clinically suspected or diagnosed Parkinson's disease patients and ealthy volunteers,everyone voluntarily participates and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary Parkinson's syndrome; 2.Patients who have undergone surgery; 3.Complicated with schizophrenia or other severe mental illness; 4.Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination.
