45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 45 to 75 years, with a history of BPH/LUTs for more than 6 months, with symptoms of moderate or higher LUTS (IPSS >= 8), maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) 30ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prostate cancer, urethral strictures, urinary tract infections, as well as patients with previous urethral surgery, absolute indications for surgery, and drug allergies.
