Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for ischemic stroke and Chinese medicine for stroke; 2. Non-operative stroke patients; 3. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Shoulder Hand Syndrome and with stage ?; 4 Aged >= 18 years; 5. Patients with stable vital signs who can tolerate rehabilitation training and needle pestle treatment; 6. Clear consciousness, patients and their family members voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent. Those who meet all the above conditions will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other clinical trials; 2. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with upper limb peripheral neuropathy. Those who meet any of the above conditions will be excluded.
