Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are selected for the total hip arthroplasty in The 960th Hospital of PLA joint service support force; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 2.Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain; 3.Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4.Local infection at the block site; 5.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
