Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years. 2. ASA classification I-III. 3. VAS score >= 4 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient or family refusal to participate in the test; 2. History of allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Skin infection at the puncture site; 4. The doctor and patient are unable to communicate.
