10 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate as evidenced by signing the written informed consent form; 2.Patients enrolled before initiation of any kind of treatment (including but not limited to adnexal mass excision surgery, chemotherapy, target therapy); 3.Patients with adnexal lesions had pathological diagnosis after enrollment; 4.had no history of malignancy other than ovarian cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants unwilling to cooperate or participate in other clinical trials; 2.Participants with any underlying disease that affects platelet production and apoptosis; 3.Participants with history of malignancy other than ovarian cancer; 4.Patients with unqualified platelet samples [low quality (RNA integrity number < 7) or quantity (< 10 picogram) of total RNA].
