18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. BMI 18-28kg/m^2; 3. ASA classification I-II level; 4. It is planned to undergo laparoscopic surgery after urology under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have severe heart, liver, and lung insufficiency and need to enter the ICU for continued treatment after the operation; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. History of allergy to narcotic drugs; 4. A history of long-term drinking, chronic pain or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 5. Scars, infections, tumors at the puncture site; 6. History of malignant high fever or family history; 7. Preoperative diagnosis of adrenal tumors that affect blood pressure.
