Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 18 years old and above, with normal psychological and cognitive conditions, and can cooperate to complete the investigation and research; 2. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate UC; 3. The patient undergoes laboratory examination, ultrasound examination, gastroscopy, colonoscopy and other similar examinations, such as biopsy; 4. There are no complications of other vital organ diseases, such as diseases that affect the heart, liver, lungs or kidneys; 5. The patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot understand or fill in the questionnaire correctly; 2. Patients with severe infection and chronic wasting disease; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal tumors; 4. Patients suffering from Crohn's disease; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
