18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing initial joint replacement; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Physical and mental health, able to participate in and cooperate with the experiment; 4. No trauma or infection at the surgical site; 5. The patient is willing to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of multiple operations at the surgical site; 2. Allergic to the suture material in the test; 3. Patients with scar constitution; 4. Patients with poor blood pressure or blood sugar control; 5. Severe malnutrition; 6. Rheumatoid diseases, connective tissue diseases and other immunodeficiency diseases; 7. Hemophilia, vascular disease of the affected limb; 8. Obese patients with BMI>35; 9. Patients take corticosteroid drugs, anticoagulant drugs, immunosuppressive drugs and other drugs orally.
