65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, no gender limit; 2. ASA classification I-III level; 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or family members refuse to participate in the trial; 2. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics; 3. Skin infection at the puncture site; 4. Blood coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with poor results of intraoperative nerve block; 6. Patients with uncontrollable bleeding during the operation.
