Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. PHQ-9 score >= 10; 3. Currently not receiving other professional psychotherapy; 4. A smart phone connected to the Internet can be used; 5. Be able to communicate effectively and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of neurological diseases such as brain trauma, encephalitis, epilepsy, etc.; 2. High risk of suicide; 3. Alcohol or drug abuse; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Unable to participate in the project due to physical illness affecting function; 6. Patients with other psychotic disorders.
