Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-25 years; 2. The intraocular pressure is 11-21 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa); 3. The anterior segment, fundus examination and ordinary OCT examination are normal; 4. The best corrected visual acuity is 1.0 and above; 5. Subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye surgery and trauma; 2. Suffer from eye or other systemic diseases that may affect eye circulation, such as glaucoma, diabetes, high blood pressure, blood system diseases; 3. If both eyes of the subject meet the inclusion criteria, both eyes will be taken to participate in the study. If the subject has only one eye that meets the inclusion criteria, it will be excluded; 4. High myopia 5. The researcher believes that it is not suitable for inclusion.
