18 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 72 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed patients with liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died of surgical complications after surgery; 2. Patients with Child-Pugh score C; 2. Patients with liver cancer who are diagnosed for the first time or preoperatively; 4. Patients with previously diagnosed primary liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 5. ASA Level IV and above; 6. Patients with incomplete medical records.
