Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years. 2. Patients who are not evaluated or treated in a hospital or clinic have not undergone anesthesia or surgery in the past. 3. Be volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 2. A history of traumatic brain injury or cerebrovascular disease. 3. With senile dementia, anxiety and other mental disorders or central nervous system diseases. 4. Mini Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) score <24 points. 5. Use psychotropic drugs or other drugs that interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function. 6. There are serious problems with listening and comprehension, unable to complete the test. 7. Difficult to follow up.
