18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Eeach patient had one or more pulmonary nodules with suspected malignancy based on the discussions from lung cancer multidisciplinary team that includes radiologists and thoracic surgeons; 3. Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgical Resection is planned; 4. Able to sign and comply with relevant regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Because the puncture path cannot avoid important organs and tissues, it is not suitable for positioning of small lung nodules; 2. Pulmonary diseases such as emphysema, interstitial pulmonary diseases, and extensive adhesions of the pleura; 3. Blood coagulation dysfunction, anticoagulant therapy, hypothrombosis, antiplatelet therapy; 4. Poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes; 5. Active infection; 6. Women during pregnancy and lactation.
