Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants are between 18 and 60 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with skeletal Class II dentofacial deformities who have completed preoperative orthodontics; 3. Ability to comply with program requirements and data collection procedures; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic infections or severe lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases and other surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with temporomandibular joint disease causing restricted opening, or extremely unstable joints; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Severe mental illness affects postoperative follow-up; 5. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
