Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, especially young male patients; 2. The preoperative ultrasound examination showed obvious glandular components in the breast. 3. The maximum diameter of the breast is greater than 5 cm; the patient suffers from Simon (Simon) IIB grade or higher gynecomastia. 4. Surgery or injury will not cause large scars on the surface of the breast. 5. There is no serious arrhythmia or cardiac dysfunction. 6. No obvious bleeding tendency. 7. Able and willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Male breast cancer patients; 2. Patients who use drugs, supplements or illegal drugs to cause transient gynecomastia; 3. Participate in other trials.
