Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age < 32 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe circulatory, respiratory or other system diseases that require continuous invasive mechanical ventilation; 2. Patients who have obvious deformities, inherited metabolic diseases, and chromosomal abnormalities; 3. During the hospitalization period, those who gave up treatment due to various reasons and transferred to other hospitals for treatment.
