Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years; 2. Before the operation, qualitative diagnosis was performed by colonoscopy or digital rectal examination. The lower edge of the mass was within 10cm from the anal edge. According to the "Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Regulations (2020 Edition)", it was diagnosed as middle and low rectal cancer; 3. Abdominal CT examination or MRI examination confirmed no distant metastasis, no adjacent organ invasion, tumor diameter <8cm; 4. After routine preoperative preparation, according to the "Laparoscopic Radical Colorectal Cancer Operation Guidelines (2018 Edition)", the Dixon operation method for laparoscopic middle and low rectal cancer is selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, blood system or immune system disease, etc., who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Rectal cancer accompanied by bleeding, perforation, and obstruction undergoing emergency surgery.
