Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severely ill adult patients admitted to the ICU. 2. The ventilator controls ventilation. 3. The physician in charge decides that there is a need to judge volume responsiveness, including hypotension, oliguria, hyperlactic acid, tachycardia, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years. 2. There is voluntary inhalation effort. 3. There is atrial fibrillation. 4. There are taboos for passive leg lifting. 5. Intra-abdominal hypertension is greater than 12mm Hg.
