18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Willing to cooperate with the research; 4. Elective lobectomy under dual-port thoracoscopy is planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of peripheral nerve block, including skin infection or bleeding disease at the block site; 2. Patients who are allergic to any drugs used in this test; 3. BMI>=35kg/m^2; 4. Patients with a history of chronic pain, who have taken pain medication for a long time; 5. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, respiratory system diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery; 6. Patients who have had chest surgery in the past; 7. Patients who have participated in other researchers.
