Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colonoscopy revealed adenoma; villous adenoma or mixed adenoma in villous structure; and/or adenoma with severe dysplasia; 2. Permanent residents of Tianjin (live in more than 1 year), and there is no plan to relocate or travel for a long time during the duration of the study; 3. Aged 50-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotic supplements, antibiotics or received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past 3 months; 2. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Immune deficiency; 4. Various chronic gastrointestinal diseases that can cause gastrointestinal dysfunction and/or acute gastrointestinal diseases that still require drug treatment, such as acute gastroenteritis, peptic ulcer disease, dysentery, etc.; 5. Infection in other parts; 6. Diagnosed as familial adenomatous polyposis; 7. History of malignant tumors other than non-melanoma skin cancer, history of colorectal surgery; 8. The behavior, cognitive ability is limited or the body is extremely weak and cannot cooperate with the staff of this research institute.
