Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for T2DM. 2. Follow up on time, agree and sign the informed consent form. 3. Aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used GLP-1RA or DPP-4 inhibitor drugs in the past 3 months. 2. Patients with new acute coronary syndrome and cerebrovascular accident in the past 3 months. 3. The patient has acute complications of diabetes, including diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, etc. 4. The patient is in a state of stress, such as infection, surgery, trauma, etc. 5. Patients with respiratory failure, heart failure and significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function, including Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) are 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal, and the glomerular filtration rate is less than 50 mL/min/1.73 m^2.
