Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The test patient must meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye syndrome: (1) Western medicine diagnosis: refer to the "Consensus of Chinese Dry Eye Experts: Inspection and Diagnosis (2020)": 1)Patients complained of dry eyes, foreign body sensations, burning sensations, fatigue, discomfort, jealous, vision fluctuations, etc. subjective One of the symptoms, the Chinese Dry Eye Questionnaire >= 7 points or the ocular surface disease index (OSDI) >= 13 points; at the same time, patients with FBUT = 7 points or OSDI >= 13 points; at the same time, patients with FBUT> 5 s and 5 mm/5 min and =5 points) can diagnose dry eye; (2) Diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine: According to the textbook "Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology" published in 2016 by the editor-in-chief of Peng Qinghua in the national Chinese medicine industry "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", formulate the diagnosis basis for each syndrome type of dry eye: 1)Lung Yin deficiency syndrome: main symptom: eye Dryness and unpleasantness, unbearable vision, white eyes as usual or slight red veins, dark eyes may have fine stars, repeated difficult to heal; secondary symptoms: dry mouth and nose, dry throat, constipation; tongue and pulse: thin moss and less fluid, weak pulse; 2)Stagnation and heat syndrome of the liver channel: Main symptoms: dry eyes, burning and tingling, or white eyes with reddish eyes, or black eyes with stars, or intolerable vision; secondary symptoms: mouth and dry throat, irritability, irritability, or insomnia and dreams , Dry stool or yellow urine; tongue and pulse: red tongue, thin yellow or thick yellow coating, slippery pulse string; 3)Syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiency: Main symptom: dry and uncomfortable eyes, dry eyes, blinking eyes frequently, shame and photophobia, white eyes faintly pale red, impatient vision, after prolonged vision, the symptoms will aggravate; secondary symptoms: mouth Dry, cracked lips, fatigue. Tongue and pulse: red tongue, weak pulse; 4)Evil-heat nostalgia syndrome: Main symptoms: after suffering from wind-heat red eyes or red eyes in the sky, a slight feeling of light and tears, a little eye squint, dryness, white eyes, a little red silky veins and lingering, eyelid There is also slight redness inside; tongue and pulse: red tongue, thin yellow coating, pulse number. Each of the above syndrome types has 2 or more primary and secondary symptoms, and with reference to the tongue and pulse, the syndrome can be differentiated into different syndrome types of dry eye; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. No history of drug allergy; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with eyelid abnormalities, such as eyelid defect, eyelid turning in and out, incomplete eyelid closure, etc.; 2. Congenital alacremia, congenital absence of lacrimal glands, lacrimal duct obstruction and acute and chronic dacryocystitis, exophthalmos, corneal and conjunctival chemical injury, corneal macula and leukoplakia, glaucoma, proliferative vitreoretinopathy, etc.; 3. Acute inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye, such as acute blepharitis, viral blepharitis, acute conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, etc.; 4. Diabetes with severe cardiovascular disease, blood disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and poor blood sugar control, Sjgren syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus; 5. Those who have undergone eye surgery in the past 3 months; 6. Patients who have used drugs that affect tear secretion or artificial tears in the past month; 7. Patients during pregnancy or lactation.
