Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, male or female; 2. Initially diagnosed as cerebral glioma based on MRI (T2 flair, T1 enhanced, DTI, ADC, etc) and planned to undergo craniotomy for tumor resection had no surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be admitted to the hospital for simple needle biopsy; 2. Patients with severe medical diseases who cannot tolerate surgery during the same period; 3. Those who have bleeding tendency or abnormal blood coagulation function, or have not stopped taking aspirin, clopidogrel and other anticoagulants for a long time; 4. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 5. Participants in other clinical trials during the same period.
