Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. planning to do selective surgery; 3. having complete clinical data; 4. being able to complete the preoperative questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being unwilling to cooperate ; 2. Having preoperative psychiatric disorders .
