Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 90 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease; 3. Subjects understand the whole process of the experiment and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous examinations have confirmed functional dyspepsia, reflux esophagitis, gastric or duodenal ulcer, and chronic pancreatitis; 2. Malignant tumors, lymphomas, and paraneoplastic syndromes of the stomach, pancreas or intestine; 3. Eating disorders (anorexia nervosa or bulimia); 4. Diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. It is found that there is a mental illness through the cognitive function test; 6. Connective tissue disease (scleroderma, amyloidosis, Sjogrens syndrome, polymyositis/dermatomyositis); 7. Past medical history of stomach, esophagus, pancreas and colon surgery; 8. Long-term use of drugs that may delay gastric motility: calcium channel blockers (pinaverium bromide), proton pump inhibitors, aluminum hydroxide antacids, tricyclic antidepressants (amitriptyline), anticholinergics Alkaline energy drugs (benhexyl), second-generation antipsychotic drugs (olanzapine, risperidone), etc.
