Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment; 2.Vital signs are stable; 3.Informed consent form signed by the patient or family member.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are non-stroke diseases that cause cognitive impairment, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions, brain trauma, etc.; 2. Cannot cooperate with cognition and related functional assessment; 3. Accompanied by other serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases, etc.; 4. Severe aphasia, intellectual impairment, severe hearing impairment, etc., which cause the inability to communicate normally; 5. All other factors lead to withdrawal or unable to complete the investigation.
