Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with SLE who were diagnosed in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2012 to December 2019 who meet the SLICC systemic lupus erythematosus diagnostic criteria (2012); 2. From the diagnosis of SLE to the end of the follow-up, inpatient and/or outpatient follow-up at the research center at least twice a year, the follow-up interval is =1 year; 3. Before being included in the study, all children or guardians signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with SLE who have received treatment in other medical institutions outside the research center but the treatment plan is unknown; 2. Eliminate deaths caused by other diseases 3. The follow-up was interrupted after removing the 18-year-old factor.
