Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective pulmonary and mediastinal operations; 3. The patients who admitted to the ICU after surgery and received mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe obesity (BMI >=35Kg/m2); 2. Shock caused by various reasons after operation; 3. Surgery has been performed within one month before the operation; 4. Pregnant women with mental illness or Parkinson's disease neuromuscular disease; 5. Invasive mechanical ventilation cannot be withdrawn within 24 hours after operation; 6. Tracheoesophageal fistula caused by surgery; 7. The patient and family members did not sign the informed consent.
