Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent residents aged 65 and above in Machong Town, Dongguan City.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious eye diseases (uveitis, iris red change, glaucoma, hypertensive retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, severe refractive interstitial opacity, high Myopia, etc.); 2. Have received intraocular surgery (such as vitreous surgery, retinal surgery, etc.); 3. Use hormonal drugs, anti-tumor drugs, psychoactive drugs and analgesic drugs within 3 months before and after enrollment.
