Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants younger than 3 years old, single birth, gestational age 37-41 weeks, birth weight 2500-4000g, 5 min Apgar score >= 7 points; 2. The mother has no history of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, neurological and mental diseases during pregnancy, and the mother is healthy and has no history of related diseases during the non-pregnancy period; 3. Parents/guardians of selected infants and young children know the contents of the study and sign an informed consent form, and promise to insist on completing clinical observation and related inspections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Artificial insemination of mother; 2. Infants and young children have malformations, have used antibiotics in the past month, have a history of severe allergies, and neonatal or childhood diseases such as convulsions, purulent meningitis, encephalopathy or intracranial hemorrhage, hyperbilirubinemia or congenital defects, Inherited metabolic diseases, etc.
