Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients under general anesthesia for elective unilateral arthroscopic surgery, aged 18 to 65 years, no gender limit, BMI 18-30 kg/m2, and normal communication; 2. ASA I-II level, voluntary subjects sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary system disease; 2. Endocrine system diseases: pituitary tumors, severe diabetes, cortisol hyperplasia, pheochromocytoma, etc.; 3. Mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, depression, history of taking chronic analgesics, history of alcoholism, and opioid dependence; 4. Parkinson, history of cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, severe insomnia; 5. Inability to understand visual analogue scale (VAS) and 15-item Quality of Recovery (QoR-15); 6. Cannot take care of themselves before the operation; 7. Persons with a history of bleeding disorders or abnormal blood coagulation.
