Interventions

experimental group:underwent urethral reconstruction using a biomimetic PLLA membrane

control group:underwent urethral reconstruction using a lingual mucosal graft

Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Able to complete relevant questionnaires under the guidance of medical staff; 4. Anterior urethral stricture (<6cm) caused by various reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anterior urethral stricture, combined with obvious scarring of the surrounding urethral vascular bed; 2. Unable to complete at least 3 months follow-up.
