7 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Angle Class II division I, mixed dentition or the early permanent teeth, the cervical spine staging of the lateral cranial radiograph is CV MS I-CV MS III, both male and female; 2. Distal molar relationship , Skeletal class II (ANB >= 4.5 degree); 3. profile mandibular retraction,improved profile after mandibular extension; 4. Coben analysis shows mandibular deficiency or an underdeveloped mandible relative to maxilla.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obvious symptoms of temporomandibular joint disease, obvious facial deviation, facial syndrome, systemic congenital systemic disease, orthodontic treatment.
