Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. January 2016 to December 2020; 2. Male; 3. Posterior urethral stricture caused by pelvic fracture; 4. Patients treated with transperineal urethral end-to-end anastomosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined tumor, diabetes, blood system and immune system diseases; 2. Use hormones and immunosuppressive drugs for organ transplantation or other systemic diseases; 3. Heart rate> 90 beats/min in a quiet state before surgery; 4. Severe liver, kidney and nervous system diseases before surgery; 5. Preoperative body temperature> 38? or <36?, use antibiotics.
