Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The child was diagnosed as congenital heart defect by color doppler echocardiography; 2. The first elective cardiac surgery; 3. The child was younger than 10 years of age; 4. The child's parents gave informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Central nervous system disease, congenital metabolic disease; 3. Severe congenital immunodeficiency disease, such as AIDS, malignant tumors; 4. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Received blood transfusion, albumin or other special nutritional support one month prior to admission.
