Outpatient diagnostic hysteroscopy for pain

Interventions

Tramadol combined with atropine group:Tramadol capsule 100mg orally 1 hour before surgery, atropine 0.25mg intramuscular 10 minutes before surgery
Control group:No preconditioning was done before surgery
Tramadol group:Tramadol 100mg orally 1 hour before surgery
Atropine group:Atropine 0.25mg was intramuscular injected into buttocks 10 minutes before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients who plan to undergo outpatient diagnostic hysteroscopy; 3. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of physiological dysfunction, or cognitive dysfunction; 2. Patients who are allergic to tramadol or atropine; 3. Tramadol or atropine contraindications, such as glaucoma, tachycardia, high fever, etc.; 4. Patients undergoing other drug trials; 5. Patients undergoing surgery on other organs at the same time; 6. Combined with liver, lung, kidney or brain and other important organs function insufficiency.
