Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Large area of soft tissue defect, bone exposure, tendon exposure, can not be repaired by skin grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects related: Diabetes, vascular diseases, immune system diseases; Related to pathological changes: Wound infection, osteonecrosis, severe edema of lower limbs, and no flap replantation
