Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis: (1) Blood sugar level>13.9mmol/L; (2) Blood ketone >= 3mmol/L or positive urine ketone body (urine ketone body test ++ above); (3) Blood pH (acid-base) < 7.35 and/or HCO3-<21mmol/L); 3. The patient or the legal guardian signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 2.Patients with HIV infection and other known immunodeficiencies (use of immunosuppressive drugs, tumors, etc.); 3.Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency in the past medical history; 4.Patients who have participated in other clinical studies 3 months before screening; 5.Other situations deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
