Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obvious, persistent symptoms of dry eye; 2.Eye test: (1)Schirmer test < 2mm; (2)BUT < 5s; (3)Positive fluorescence staining on ophthalmological evaluation or corneal conjunctivalization; (4)Progressive vision loss due to keratoconjunctivitis xerosis; Among the above conditions, ophthalmic evaluation meets (1) and (2), and any one of (3) or (4) is enough.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple major salivary glands are severely damaged; 2.The flow of minor salivary glands in all parts of the body did not meet the minimum flow threshold for minor salivary gland transplantation.
