Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cohort 1: (1)Regular obstetric check-ups; (2)Aged from 18 to 45 years; (3)Gestational weeks 20 to 34 weeks; (4)No antibiotics and immunosuppressants within 1 month; (5)Asexual life 48 hours before admission. 2.Cohort 2: (1)Regular birth check; (2)Aged from 18 to 45 years; (3)Gestational week 20 to 24 weeks; (4)No antibiotics and immunosuppressants within 1 month; (5)Asexual life 48 hours before sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cohort 1: (1) Premature rupture of membranes; (2) Dysfunction of vital organ system; (3) Placenta previa; (4) Preeclampsia. 2.Cohort 2: (1) Preterm birth with aura; (2) Premature rupture of membranes; (3) Dysfunction of vital organ system; (4) Placenta previa; (5) Preeclampsia.
