Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary total joint arthroplasty performed in West China Hospital for end-stage OA with or without intravenous usage of dexamethasone perioperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Total joint arthroplasty due to revision, inflammatory arthropathy, or sequela of joint infection; 2.Perioperative usage of other kinds of glucocorticoids; 3.Preoperative usage of glucocorticoids.
