Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It confirms to the diagnostic criteria of stroke in China Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2015; 2.It was diagnosed by CT or MRI, the duration was between 3 months and 1 year; 3.Less than 80 years old, men or women; 4.The lesion located only in one hemisphere; 5.Patients had upper limb and hand dysfunction (Brunnstrom level is from Stage II to Stage V.); 6.Patients could sit in a chair; 7.The hand plasticity is assessed grade 1-3 by Hand modified Ashworth; 8.All patients informed and signed consent files.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with limb dysfunction caused by other causes before stroke; 2.Unstable or unable to actively cooperate with training; 3.There were impaired complications, including visual impairment, hearing impairment, complete aphasia and severe cognitive impairment(MMSE < 21 score); 4.Patients with other musculoskeletal and neurologic disorders affecting functional recovery, such as severe heart, liver or kidney failure; 5.Patients who had took medicine to release the muscle plasticity within 2 weeks or having a history of Botox injection within 6 months; 6.Patients who was dealt with metallic body in vasculature or skull; 7.History of drug or alcohol dependence.
