Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with insomnia were defined according to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia (2017 Edition), and patients with insomnia and anxiety were defined according to Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia with depression and anxiety, including insomnia with anxiety symptoms and comorbidity of insomnia and anxiety disorders; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, stable vital signs; 4. All were right handed; 5. Patients can cooperate with the examination and treatment; 6. Informed consent was obtained from the patients and their families, and the informed consent form was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and psychosis; 2. Depression caused by other systemic diseases and brain organic diseases; 3. Secondary epilepsy; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. History of alcohol and morphine abuse; 6. There are metal implants and pacemakers in the body.
