65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are more than 65 years old; 2. ASA II-III; 3. The patients were scheduled for orthopedic, hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal surgery with general anesthesia for more than 2 hours from May 1, 2021 to September 1, 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate; 2. History of insulin allergy; 3. Nasal infection, tumor, inflammation or other diseases; 4. Takeing antidepressant and antianxiety drugs; 5. Unable to complete the cognitive function test.
