Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred to ICU after neurosurgery; 2. Patients required mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours wihch joint evaluation by neurosurgeons and critical care physicians; 3. Patients requiring analgesia and sedation during mechanical ventilation; 4. Aged more than 18 years; 5. Patients with Glasgow score < 12; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Myasthenia gravis; 3. Mental illness.
