14 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14 to 75 years; 2. In line with the diagnostic criteria of MM in China Multiple Myeloma (MM) diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2020 edition); 3. Newly diagnosis of MM; 4. FISH detection was accompanied by 1q21 amplification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who were pregnant (positive urine/blood pregnancy test) or lactating; 2. With severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency not caused by this disease; 3. Patients with a second tumor; 4. As judged by the researchers, the patients had other unsuitable conditions for inclusion; 5. No tolerance to bortezomib side effects or severe adverse reactions during treatment.
