Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >45 years; 2. ASA anesthesia grade I-III patients; 3. Selective subthoracic pulmonary surgery; 4. No contraindication of paravertebral nerve block; 5. Signing the informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index >=30kg/m2; 2.Acute respiratory failure, pneumonia, ALI/ARDS, asthma attack, or mechanical ventilation for more than 1 hour within 3 weeks before surgery within 1 month; 3.Patients who had received oral, nasal, head and neck surgery before surgery; 4.Have a history of allergy to ketamine or similar drugs; 5.Patients with mental diseases, can not cooperate with the atomization operation; 6.Participate in other clinical studies.
